  • Technical Data: Cookies, local storage, and similar technologies that help us improve app performance.

We do not collect unnecessary personal or sensitive data outside of what is required to run the platform.

We use your information to:

  • Operate and provide the Toow platform.
  • Enable your AI agents to interact with your organization’s contacts.
  • Generate analytics for your account (e.g., number of emails sent/received, conversation sessions handled by your AI).
  • Improve our services and monitor performance.

Your data is not used for advertising and is not sold or shared with third parties.

3. External Services

We use third-party providers to process certain types of data:

  • OpenRouter (LLMs such as GPT) – AI logic processing.
  • ElevenLabs – Text-to-speech functionality.
  • Google Mail APIs – Email integration.
  • Google Calendar APIs – Calendar integration.

Data may pass through these services only as needed to provide the requested functionality.

4. Data Storage & Security

  • All data is stored in our databases.
  • Sensitive data are securely encrypted.
  • All connections are secured with SSL.

  • We retain data for as long as your account is active.
  • You may request account deletion or data export at any time (features currently being developed).

Toow is intended for organization owners and users over the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.

We serve users worldwide. By using Toow, you agree that your data may be transferred and stored in the country where Toow is legally incorporated.
